Completely rewritten the instructions as the app is now installed from AppSource

Completely rewritten the instructions to match the new installation setup. The app is now installed from Microsoft AppSource, and does not require installation of standalone sppkg file. There is a dedicated section for updating from the previous versions to this one. Please read it carefully.

  The option "Create new version" has been rephrased to "Create new draft".
  Added an explanation about updating compound documents when child documents are modified.
